tell you what, yes you can if u came for ballot early, earn means way way early, macam beli ipong.
btw prepare the cash/banker cheque for the extra parking space, and during my time, alot of those idiots dont even have the money to pay when they got selected for the extra parking space, i was so pissed off when they throw out the extra parking out after i done secure my unit. the next person after me got the extra parking. mcb the 30k cheque is in my hand n yet cant even buy it. @.@ confirm im selling it off after 10 years! 

if i can recall rm5k as deposit on the spot, the remaining 25k u need to pay together with the 30k downpayment.

haih..\ tat time i buy skyawani 2 i dam sibeh angry. long story short
-suppose to ballot
-then change to 1st come 1st service basis tat queue start at 6pm the day before and wait in line till 8am tomorrow.
-then change those came at 6pm no nid line up, take number n can go home.    mcb i go at 2am n they say can take nombor n balik pissed me off!! usually u need to line up for few hours not take number n back, if so they should say earlier!
-8am reach there n pick unit, before start picking the unit you want. all the nice unit taken by so call staff. almost 50++ unit booked
-i bring 5k cheque thinkin can secure a parking spot, cant coz those people came earlier already secure the extra parking. nvm, then i got some people way behind the line able to secure the parking spot because those initial people cant fork out the rm5k 
-overall shitty experience

guys guys, sales staff more info is totally bullshit i tell you, i can tell u this and i got the evidence of my conversation and the staff, the developer staff all kelam kabut, tell you this the next moment something different. always give wrong information, in the end change this n that . u can ask buyer from skyawani group at fb they will tell u their horror story.

ok i wish you the best!! try to get yourself in the 1st 10 people in line. doest matter how long it takes juz do it. few hour sacrifice for a nice unit n extra car park is totally worth it!

Anyway I also no luck, when is my turn, all KLCC view unit already selected...

So no choice but to go for Zoo Negara view...
