See you! The developer agent told me only Block A opened for selection. Anyone else has the concern of the nearby electric pole? sad.gif I'd done researching that area, there are 2 electric poles and PPR surrounding that area.. hmm.gif

I wanted unit 13 but finished d when it was my turn. But I was lucky enough to get unit 12. The reason is because there is a high voltage electric pole near block A KLCC view, the nearer to the lift, the nearer to the pole. So my priority is 13 > 12 > 11 etc. Am really thankful to get unit 12. Hoho, hello to future neighbours =)

Any SKYWORLD staffs here or insiders? I wonder the management of the condo will be under Skyworld or other company. Also, how if unit owners do not pay Maintenance fees. I'm kinda concerned if the property management company isn't doing fine. Then the condo eventually became not well-maintained. =)

Not sure about the term, but my banker from PBB told me that MRTA is financed together with home loan. Which means, the premium is included in the loan itself. In another words, the term is 35 years for my case. Nonetheless, MRTA is cheaper than MLTA. I'm afraid your banker is introducing MLTA to you, which you need to pay more in the premium.

I received a list of panel banks (selected branch only) via mail sent by Skyworld. You can find banker's contact in the list. Did you get the list? As for credit rating, my PBB banker told me to have high savings in order to get bank approval. Perhaps you can borrow and gather a pool of money first as saving and supporting. It's best to consult your banker as they know the bank's requirements.

By the way, can anyone here create a FB group for those who successfully purchased a unit in SkyAwani 3 Residences? It will be good for the buyers to connect with their future neighbours? Any volunteer? Or is there any Skyworld staff here who can suggest to their management to offer this service to their VALUED buyers? biggrin.gif

What rate did you get from MBB? So far I think PBB offers best rate wor.. 4.17% p.a

yea, approved and signed. 90% loan + MDTA, max tenure, i.e 35 yrs. hmm.. PBB's system is still very old-fashioned, only opted for this bank due to its attractive rate.

Hi all the buyers out there! Has anyone signed SPA with Skyworld? I've been told to prepare the balance of 10% downpayment and disbursement fee. I just wanna ask anyone here knows how much is the disbursement fee? Tq for info! =)

Chang.Haryati staff told me that RM1,350 is refundable provided the purchaser is entitled for it. They need to seek approval from authorities and also do background checking. So it's free with terms and conditions. Coz buyers can say this is their first home but in fact that's not the case.

Most probably you heard wrongly. LRT3 is linking KL/PJ with Klang. Perhaps they are referring to MRT 3 not LRT 3.

I'd signed too on 20th Jan 18. I believe not so soon, coz as per lawyer's explanation, they will wait the developer's instruction only then they will proceed to stamp the SPA. Besides, there are so many applications, which may take sometimes to get all buyers to sign SPA. Also, CNY is around and I believe some might only sign on March 18. So, I guess they will proceed to stamp by end of March 2018.
