Go tyre shop and they can adjust the tilt angle a little but not too much till you get uneven tyre wear.

sure bro, will go to the same shop to fix it.. hopefully they can fix it..

Another solution is to change back same size tyres.. I assume you changed to a bigger 205/45 - maybe from 195/55???
*
same size bro, b4 this also used the same tire profile 205 45 16 but one tire is pancit so change the tires..

Aiyoh..

Like tat is cos maybe new brand tyre got bigger a bit n kena fender liao..
U can try 195/50 sized tyres  .. maybe tis wont hit but ketuk fender first la.. its cheaper than changing tyres..

Its only a little.. different brands can differ a bit n then some got rim saver design is also a tad wider..
Problem is when you fitted new rims [probably wif a more outward offset] plus lowering causing this rubbing..
Try de 'ketuk' ting first.. if still got rubbing then tink smaller size liao.. BTW 195/50 is still decent - dont look like its much smaller than the 205/45.. l know , l am using tat size now from 205 45 also..
*
but never had this issue past 1 1/2 years bro.. because when i bought new rim i also bought new tires together with sports spring.. and only happened after change tires this past monday..

Doesn't make sense if really the exact same size. If exact same size and you don't change rims or suspension, then the new tires also should clear like before!  If you said that before was 2 finger gap and now only 1 finger gap, I think the tire size is different than before, meaning now is bigger tires.
*
thats why im confused bro.. i also thought they might put diff size.. but its the same size only..

The only other possible explanation (but also remote) is that your spring is already sagging, or sitting/relying on the bump stopper to stop/reduce the spring play and now your bump stopper is already worn out hence your car bounces more, rubbing the tires. But again that is also a bit far fetched theory. I still suspect you got the wrong tire size.

let me check again later bro.. if diff tire then go back and change it..

Well this link here suggests a ground clearance of 150mm (15 cm).
You can try to measure and see if the clearance is symmetrical.

If its not, then there is the possibility of sagging springs.

Also, perhaps you can provide the tyre brand. Though we all know it is 205/45 (sometimes could be 7j, or 7.5j width)

its kumho ecsta spt bro..
