Bought 2 phones with them mid of this year
both arrived fine , bubble wrap 99
then i noticed 1 of it its a china model/version , so no playstore
too lazy to flash it , i called them up , told them the model they sent was a china version and they didnt argue or what , they simply asked for a picture so they could update in their system
So , i emailed them , in 10 minutes time, they mailed me back the thingy saying i can mail it to them for a refund (either full refund / store credit )
The best way to mail to them in my opinion is via MBE (mail boxes etc) go in and out in less den 3 mins can gao dim + dun need pay anything
Within 2 weeks i got my refund liao :3 then go buy another phone xD
