I really need to ask those cunts whether throughout the three RMA cases they just 'service' my faulty gpu (literally jsut replace thermal paste and dusting) or did they actually replace it with other cards.   vmad.gif  vmad.gif

asus doesnt handle rma directly here anymore

now its via third party.

Currently all cards are sold and made by Nvidia. They haven't sold any to AIB to market it. The issue with buying from Nvidia using American Express forwarder is, the warranty is not transferable.

Just use forwarders/Amex/Virtual Credit if you have to buy it. At Least its invoiced to your name. So shipping back for warranty shouldn't be a issue. There is always the chance of one card being that 2% faulty. Also if you are gonna sell it to people in the future for upgrade etc you better state there is no warranty unless you want to cover their cost for shipping.

Currently waiting for local or Dell units as i am gonna need a few of them for few projects this year for VR development with Unity showcase.

Good. Got some interesting glc projects. Interesting project atm is using unity engine with the possibility of going VR.
Currently following this one dude who seems to have a knack in investment in precious metals. Made 5% like in 2-5 days few times.

Yeah and his excuse is he is lonely, wishes he was american or something silly but never dares to actually post in all titan clubs in OCN. Guessing ppl wont buy into his BS.

Asus strix?? You need to use their tweak program. It has profile levels that will adjust your fan speed accordingly.

It has few profiles for the card.
Each one of those profiles are fan profiles. So just use gaming or silent mode. The card is almost pushed to the limit already so not much gain adjusting it yourself. Btw water/air cooling etc all depends on your room ambient temp.
