Yes, that is actually the correct way. If you want to use Nvidia's Adaptive Vsync, you have disabled the game Vsync settings. I just configure Adaptive Vsync in Global settings, so all the games/ apps will use it.

Hmm not only the memory is different, but even the CUDA core count is different (down from 1280 to 1152). Why name it GTX 1060 3GB and not say GTX 1050 Ti or GTX 1055? Someone not well informed might think its the same as the GTX 1060 6GB with half the memory, but instead also get less cores. That happens in the USA, bet there going to be some suits going around. GTX 970 3.5GB RAM???

Anyways, don't think its going to be below RM1K as I expect the performance to be maybe on par or slightly less than RX 480, but still above the RX 470 4GB.

IMO GTX1060 3GB will priced at range RM800 - RM1200
RM1200 is definitely "premium" Asus strix.

And what if Nvidia is planning to kill the market competition with RM500 GTX1050? tongue.gif

IMO, Nvidia is more interested in milking every last dollar from us than killing off the competition. tongue.gif They could have kill RX 480 with their GTX 1060, but is GTX 1060 cheaper than RX 480? I think to gauge expected GTX 1050 price, best to look at the RX 460 price here in Malaysia, and the you add maybe another RM 150-RM 200 he he he he

played witcher 3 last night with the heart of stone dlc and i realized the graphics were better than the original story i'm not sure if it's me or maybe gtz 1070 outputs more crisp details. i read somewhere that pascal outputs more details than maxwell does..

this is with maxed out with hairworks maxed too.

Could be various issues. First question is usually, did you do a clean driver installation ie completely remove previous drivers with DDU? Try lower settings for your games. If FPS remains low, could be CPU bottleneck?
