I have tested Kaspersky Internet Security and Emsisoft Anti-Malware, both are compatible, without mutual exclusion.

There is no any issues on my computer, windows 7 Home edition, 32 bit.

For your safety, you can do mutual exclusion.

Here's some instructions on adding a Folder exclusion in Emsisoft Anti-Malware:
1.Open Emsisoft Anti-Malware from the icon on the desktop.
2.Click Protection.
3.Select File Guard in the menu at the top.
4.On the right side, roughly in the middle, click on the Manage whitelist button.
5.In the box under Type click the little down arrow and select Folder (you may need to click in the box for the arrow appear).
6.Click in the gray box below Item to make a button with three dots (...) appear, and then click the ... button.
7.Navigate to the directory you wish to exclude, select it, and click OK at the bottom to add it.
8.Click the OK button at the bottom when done, and close Emsisoft Anti-Malware.

Here are instructions on adding processes to the whitelist in Emsisoft Anti-Malware:

1.Open Emsisoft Anti-Malware from the icon on the desktop.
2.Click Protection.
3.Select File Guard in the menu at the top.
4.On the right side, roughly in the middle, click on the Manage whitelist button.
5.In the box under Type click the little down arrow and select Process (you may need to click in the box for the arrow appear).
6.Click in the gray box below Item to make a button with three dots (...) appear, and then click the ... button.
7.Navigate to the directory where the files you wish to exclude are located, and double-click on one of them to add it.
8.Repeat the last 3 steps as needed to add each file to the exclusions list.
9.Click the OK button at the bottom when done, and close Emsisoft Anti-Malware.

Please move to correct section.
This is my review and later I will post pictures about both. Here I can not upload pictures, I need post in somewhere else and copy image address post here.
Method or guide to mutual exclusion, this is not original, refer to emsisoft forum.

I post here because someone told me had issue on this, after I tested out, that's no issue on my computer.

Please note that for windows 10,Kaspersky Internet Security and Emsisoft Anti-malware both can not be used together.
For other version of Windows, may solved by mutual exclusions for both.
