saya ada beli monitor dari Sri Komputer Lowyat brand Dell, model S2415H, tapi dah pakai selama 5 bulan, tapi monitor black off dan tiada power, jadinya saya nak claim untuk warranty, tapi invois monitor sudah lost. Jadi macam mana saya nak claim warranty dari Dell? Perlu ke Sri Komputer atau ke Dell terus?
