Once I successful port to xox. I get 28 months vadility and  once my vadility ended can subscribe it back the 28 months vadility?

Hi,according to info from onexox dealer,the new one-x prepaid don't have season pass so data,minutes and sms in season pass will forfeited.

If you change plan to new one-x prepaid,you cannot purchase HAPPY HOUR promo and you need to purchase monthly data plan as attachment.

Update from onexox/xox dealers : -

To OLD Onexox/xox prepaid plan registered before 01/01/2025.

6 months(RM18) and 1 year(RM25) validity for old prepaid plan will NO more available starting from 01/06/2025.

From 01/06/2025 onwards all old prepaid plan that expired : will only get normal validity through top up : - every RM1 for 1 day validity.

This is the telco(MVNO) that once very proud to promote about they are "Syariah compliant" and "Longest validity prepaid plan" in Malaysia.

Reduce UGU commission 6% to 5%,stop dealer's UGU incentives,reduce dealer's activation incentives and bill payment incentives.

Implement higher difficulties monthly KPI(For receive monthly incentives) for dealers especially part time dealer who are struggle to survive(Starts 01/04/2025)

Many part time dealers can't survive this new monthly KPI thus onexox save a lot of money .

Change dealer's yearly KPI @ RM225 to 6 month KPI @ RM500 starting from 01/04/2025

Please take note that the price of 1 year validity suddenly hike from RM25 to RM48 starting from today 01/05/2025 without any notice !!!

Wow !!! onexox act first without any notice, the only notice is about RM25 for 1 year validity will not available starting from 01/06/2025.

But they starts 1 month early.

Already purchase 1 year validity in black app and still deduct RM25 even though the price shown is RM48

Latest update :

From 01/06/2025 all ONEXOX BLACK bills can only be paid through Black app, selfcare portal, JomPAY and auto debit.

Even their dealers, onexox dealers can't pay the onexox Black bills starting from 01/06/2025.

This means onexox dealers will earn less money : paying RM1000 bills they will earn RM50

What happens to onexox.........seems very desperate.......another way of cut cost ???
