i'd ported to tunetalk a month ago.. immediately faced TAC/OTP problem from certain banks and services.. i do received the sms pin but its delayed, so everytime i received it, its already expired.. one month later, issue still persist despite several contact with customer service of telco, banks, etc..

it seems like certain portion of users faced such issue when they port-in to Celcom's MVNO
