some one xox dealer really useless. i asked one dealer about buying one xox, and he said one xox is for passport holder not malaysians. really facepalm that one.
end up not buying. |

the user guide says this:
Validity Prolong your XOX MOBILE validity with simple steps below: SMS 6 Months Validity Extension (RM18): Key in VALID < space > 6 and send to either 23388 or 22111 12 Months Validity Extension (RM25): Key in VALID< space > 12 and send to either 23388 or 22111 so it probably means you have to buy them. top up itself does not extend validity except the first promotional one. https://xox.com.my/support/user-guide/#validity but.... another part of the website also says this. so maybe top up does extend validity as well. PROLONGED VALIDITY THAT NEVER RUNS OUT. Stretched to give you absolute freedom. Whenever you reload your Prepaid Plus plan, your validity period is instantly extended.
