I just noticed this issue when my father told me his phone can't call out. After checking, just realised the line may terminated 29 June. My father seldom use the call out service, mostly people call in only. Luckily he told me earlier, if not when the line terminated, there is another big issue. I already submitted a ticket but they reply company have right to amend any rules. I tell them bullshit, according law, any amendments need agree from users and they should follow the earlier contract rule and can't make any new rules during the intermediate contract without customer agree. I told them there is unfair contract law in Malaysia as well. If everyone can anytime to revise the contract without both party, what point to sign the contract? Now waiting new reply from them to decide to bring the case to mcmc and national consumer association or not.

Whatever method to prolong the account validity, once telco give you a date of expiry account, they should follow that rule and can't implement any new rule regarding validity to account during the intermediate period. This is what I understand from contract base. What meaning of contract if anyone can breach the contract simply without getting the permission or agreement from other party?

Guys, I think mostly onexox user today received SMS regarding validity date revised. My father account validity back to previous and not follow the new TNC onexox. Yes, complain to mcmc work.

My report case to mcmc still pending. I believe at the moment the validity issue will hanging there until mcmc give the final decision. Anyway, I still received sms from OneXOX from time to time remind me the new term implemented and need topup rm30 every 120 days.

12/8 received sms said PELUANG TERAKHIR TOPUP. 20/8 received again sms said PELUANG TERAKHIR TOPUP. OneXOX look like become along to use “warning” to collect money. So I decide lodge again second appeal to mcmc with below msg.
[Received a “warning” from OneXOX to topup the rm30 before 20/8/2024 while my active period still valid until 25/12/2024. I would like to express my complaint again, no one telco in market withdrawal back the activation period after given, everyone of them give the activation period after topup, but OneXOX the pioneer in market to start this way. This is unfair to consumers and unpracticed by telco in market. I wish mcmc staff can step in to look for this issue seriously. Thanks.]

No mistake, onexox already do one time to bar the users line in June 2024 but reverted back after I complain it to mcmc. Now my case still pending review by mcmc. But here I want to say, even though onexox mentioned my line will barred on 20/8, but until today my line still alive and date validity no changed at all, still Dec 2024.

Just to confirm. Is it the season pass FAT500 (0.5gb/month) and FAT1 (1gb/month) already eliminated from OneXOX? Anyone know about it? My auto subscribe season pass for my phone line already cancelled without my knowledge.
