Just to clarify. I can buy an unlimited number of season passes at the same time? And it would be valid as long as my number is still valid?

Ported my number to xox. Three days had passed, nothing has happened yet. Slowest porting ever. Digi/maxis/celcom/u mobile all take less than 24 hours.

I ported online on Xox website. The status there was "processing"

Finally porting is successful. But my phone couldn't connect to the internet. Do I need to add a new APN? And I cannot make any calls to activate the account. Only incoming calls are successful. Gosh. so many problems with this xox.

Is 4G actually available for XOX? I was at KLCC area and I'm pretty sure celcom has 4G there. But xox only connects to HSDPA.

XOX no longer competitive. Digi is now offering RM50 per month, unlimited calls, 3GB internet. I'm porting back to Digi.

I want to convert my mum's phone number to xox. So I also want to benefit from "member get member" scheme. I had sent a message "MGM OK" to 28899 as per instruction in http://xox.com.my/mgm/. But I got an error message. "Invalid request. Need Help? Call 12273. Why is this?

When I called customer service, they said that user get user campaign is only for old xox plan, therefore no longer available to one xox.

Well u can just call them yourself, if you don't believe me. I had a Xox number, but ported to celcom recently. I exactly followed the instructions on the website for user get user, but I got error message. Therefore I called 12273, so the staff said "user get user" is only available for Prepaid Plus XOX, not for one xox users.

I registered my number on the website directly, not through any dealers. So I don't know if there is any other way to do "user get user" through the dealers.

I tried MGM when my number was still with xox. It was last month. And no, I'm not trying to do it now.
