I am unable to call my own number if using the prefix +60, however I can call through perfectly if I just dial 011... anyone knows how to fix this or do I need to call customer service?

I do have a Digi line and it works if I use +60, I need the prefix to work because I'm expecting calls from out of Malaysia as well... guess I'll check with their CS then. Will report back here if there's any progress.

So I called their CS hotline and the agent on the line was really clueless. Long story short, he said that people from out of Malaysia SHOULD be able to call our number by using the +60 prefix, but he cannot explain why calling from inside Malaysia cannot go through when using +60. "I don't know why" was the standard answer.

They need to do better than this.
