Tried on digi also cannot if using +60

I guess only for idd, for domestic call no need +60

Btw u can try report to 12273 if u still want wanna use +60

usually our phonebook will input +60 in order to get the appear on whatsapp contact list...

I guess my phone ringing because of people unable to reach me while they saved my onexox number with +60 on their contact...hmm

I do have a Digi line and it works if I use +60, I need the prefix to work because I'm expecting calls from out of Malaysia as well... guess I'll check with their CS then. Will report back here if there's any progress.

I had similar issue as you. Were you calling the number from a DiGi line? It will complain the number is not in service if I called from DiGi line.

However, when I called it using U Mobile line, the call went through successfully.

I am wondering if the fault is at DiGi side.

So I called their CS hotline and the agent on the line was really clueless. Long story short, he said that people from out of Malaysia SHOULD be able to call our number by using the +60 prefix, but he cannot explain why calling from inside Malaysia cannot go through when using +60. "I don't know why" was the standard answer.

They need to do better than this.

I got exact same answer from CS when I called up. Maybe, we should request to talk to their network engineer.

Buy season pass To enjoy 500mb/mth for as low as RM5/mth. Read the last 5pages of this thread, u will understand more.

Hi i have a question regarding the rm30 for 3gb season pass.

Is the 3gb data also valid for 28 months? I was told that data can be 'kept" im not sure what that means.

Also another thing is whats this DA and MA? How does it work? If i only have 1 sim and dont want to share the data/credit etc does it mean i only have either DA or MA?

1. Season Pass balance is valid until account is terminated.

2. DA = Dedicated Account for lower call/sms rates

3. MA = Master Account for other subscriptions (Data plans/Season Pass/Validity/etc). Also as normal call/sms rates if DA is empty..

activate 500mb every months

can last up to 10 months

season pass is the place to store talktime/sms/data

just activate the season pass if wanna use data

if not activate, the season pass will be valid up to 28 months

eg:

Let's say you buy the Happy Hour Season Pass 5GB RM50. You'll get 5GB credited to your Season Pass "wallet" and have RM50 deducted from your credit balance.

- Send SMS code 1XD500 to subscribe / via *150# menu
- 500MB will be deducted from your 5GB Season Pass "wallet"

they make it very complicated for no reason except to forfeit and make money. luckily you pointed this out.

my understanding would be that you buy 5gig for rm50 and that can be used as you like for as long as your line validity (for new MNP customers, that means vaild for 28 months).

but if really what you say is true, it should be, you're a dealer, then no so attractive, my 2 cents.

Dear Sifus,

Supposed I bought the season pass with 3GB, and then send sms to activate 500MB for 30 days.
Once the first 30 days expired, I supposed I need to send another sms to activate another 500MB? Is there anyway to automate this (auto-renewal)?

Also, the network operator that my wife see on her phone and the Access Point Name is "Celcom 3G". Is this normal?
