The recommended way to mnp to onexox is through a dealer near you. You can also do it online on xox website but you'll have to do all the moving around should there be any problems.

Just google onexox dealer for your area. Meet with the dealer, ask all that you want and once decided, you can do mnp on the spot. If there's any mnp issue, the dealer will notify you.

Get the simcard from me/dealer, dealer will proceed with registration

And for the official site one... I am a little bit confused with that. So, I think it's better to ask here
if there is no any place less distant from me,i will go to section 14( I have found one dealer in section 14)

Ask uncle Google "onexox dealer pantai dalam" or "onexox dealer universiti malaya" ... xox dealer is very limited. onexox dealer have over 40K all over .....

Hi there, im apply to MNP and got a successful notice through sms and email. However, the xox sims card didnt have any signal and my umobile (Previous number) unable to be use....is this normal ?

You can try rebooting the phone with the xox sim card inside.

If I do MNP online, do I still need to go to the outlet /dealer' place for verification? Coz, usually apply for a card, the passport/ic will be used.
I saw somewhere said that after do application,still need to go to outlet for verification( passport)
