You already explain very well among all that I asked.Some doesn't even bother to explain on xox since they didn't have the card.
There are 2 things I still don't understand.

a) The starter pack RM40 , how do I purchase it ? . When I receive the package , it'll have a sim card and a reload coupon together.I need to topup within 10 days and send an sms SP SUPER to 23388 or 22111.But what is to utilize data means ?

a) I dont quite understand how it works.Using smaller season pass block ? I though it'll accumulate after I did a double season pass topup ?
Take for example topup with SP SUPER 3GB and topup another season pass 3GB next week. will it add into 6GB ?

6) lets say I wanted to terminate my account number for xox , how do I do it ? after 28 months validation ? Initially I wanted to test my coverage area and it's poor with speed , how do I terminate the number ?
Or MNP my other number into xox.

7) How many account allow to register for xox alone for single IC ?

8) Besides , can I choose a number if buying online ? I can't find a dealer or phone shop carrying xox simcard.

1. If you purchase it at onlinestore.xox, the RM40 starter pack comes with RM5 credit inside + 3GB Season Pass ready to use. Just put into a phone and start using. The numbers selection is quite limited.

a) If you purchase it from a dealer, RM40 gets you a starter pack activated with RM35 credit. You can ask the dealer to do the SSP3GB for you or you can do it within 10 days.

b) Right now, onexox also gives free 500MB season pass for the 1st RM30 total reload every month for 5 years. (Limited time registration promo).

3. Normally (on most mobile prepaids), you buy internet plan by deducting credit, ex: smallest 30days onexox plan is RM18 for 500MB quota for 30days period usage. When you use this option, you will topup RM30 and then deduct RM18 for 500MB 30 days plan.

With season pass, you topup RM30 and buy SP SUPER 3GB and store this in your data wallet. When you want to use 500MB quota for 30days usage. Instead of deducting RM18 credit, you can now just deduct 500MB from your data wallet. No credit is deducted. This is how you take out a small block out from your season pass wallet for use.

How to do this ? The ussd menu *150# -> option 3. Internet -> option 3.Subscribe from Season Pass -> x. quota selection

Season pass lets you buy data quota in bulk at a lower price (RM30 for 3GB, translates to RM10 for 1GB, translates to RM5 for 500MB). When you buy more season pass, the total is stored in your data wallet. ex: SSP 3GB + next month SP 3GB = 6GB inside SP data wallet.

6) To terminate your onexox account, you need to wait for 28 months validity expiry or the fastest way is to port-out to a telco with short validity and grace period.

a) Another way is to port-out to tunetalk and do not activate it. It will expire in 14 days.
b) OneXOX numbers can port-out immediately if you're not satisfied.

8) You should be looking for onexox dealer near you. Google onexox dealer (your area) or get in touch with main dealers on www.onexox.my and get them refer you to an active dealer near you. There are more than 50K dealers but very little with shops bcoz onexox does not give big huge commissions to regular dealer channel.

a) If you don't want any direct human interaction then xox.onlinestore is suitable
b) If you prefer human interaction so that they can assist you better then find a dealer near you.

How to activate data from the season pass?

You need to redeem it. Go to the internet pass/subscription menu and choose one like 500MB to "buy", you will not be charged and the data quota will be deducted from your season pass balance.

if use 500MB per month, can last up to 10 months

if use 1GB per month, can last up to 5 months
