1) Can I actually buy this using money in my DA, MA account? Or is it only from the eWallet?

2) If I buy the extended validity now, will I burn my still valid period from now until Sept, or will the extension just continue from Sept for another year?

3) No more 24 months validity?

Need help again.
I have money in both MA, DA and just extended my validity to 2021. But if I switch to Black now, will I loose all the above, plus my voice minutes data etc... ???

Wishing everyone Happy New Year...

Also take this opportunity to ask, if I up my plan to B39PLUS50 for a few months, later downgrade back to B39, do I get to retain all my carry forward data? I'm sure my minutes will be gone, moving from unlimited to 200 minutes. Just curious about my data.

(1) Actually, XOX Black is considered prepaid or postpaid?

(2) I am going overseas, using Black, so how to get data roaming? Like Digi?Maxis, they have offer of RM XX for a day unlimited use.

Hi Guys... Happy Chinese New Year.
Need advice on porting out and in.
I have a DG prepaid, and want to port into XOX.
I went xox online store and fill in details, today received the new xox sim card. Key in the 16 digit serial but the xox site says "NO record found, waiting for MNP process".

I contact DG, they say they are not sure how the xox looks like, but when I apply for the new sim, XOX should alert DG of my intention, and then DG will send SMS asking me to port out, reply YES or NO.

This SMS never came. DG says I have to get XOX to do their work.

I went to XOX, they say DG is supposed to send the SMS, without it, the process won't go through.

So in short, nobody can help me... and I am stuck. Need advice on what I should do now.

Well, here is the update.

Actually all the instructions are in the envelope. I did follow it but it wasn't smooth going. All the steps taken, by following the instructions that came with the envelope was correct. So nothing done incorrectly. Because....

- finally the SMS did came, but one day later!!
- and when I received it, it says please reply Y/N for porting out before 9:30am but I received it close to 11am.
- so in the end, application failed.

Today redo. At the same onlinestore at XOX, under resubmit tab, just reapply. But today, after apply, the SMS came faster, within a few hours. And this time, I received it at 4pm, and must reply before 8pm tonight. Now my application is in progress.

So everything did went exactly as required on day one, only the SMS came one day late.

So yeah, XOX do have problems receiving SMS. And recently I applied Enter Sarawak on website and on app, one XOX will NEVER receive any sms, while the other XOX number will get the OTP pin almost instantly.

For a Celcom number to port in to xox prepaid, just top up rm10 within 24 hours and buy any welcome package to get 28 months validity? Or would a min rm5 reload will be enough?

Copy paste from first page:
2. New number/starter packs with minimum rm10 topup within 24 hours of registration gets 28 months validity updated within 14 days.

So do this alone is enough to get 28 months validity?

Hmm... From what it says, seems like the condition is only to purchase any welcome package, no need to do reload. My online friend whom I convinced to port in to xox says customer service told him need to reload rm30 and also buy the lowest rm30 welcome package.

So we both confused.

Done the sms since morning but still seeing 4G on screen. Do I need to change the APN setting to XOX, or XOX4G?
Currently still using celcom3g
