Received this sms just now. My expiry date is June this year. I didn't know there's a requirement to top up in < 120 days. Does this mean they'll suspend my line if I don't top up?

Anyone knows whether the one-year validity subscription is stackable with existing expiry date? As in, if my line expires next month (Oct), will the new expiry date be one year from now or Oct 2025?

Digi prepaid punya RM38 one year validity cannot be stacked with existing validity. You lose whatever remaining validity by extending one year.

Thanks for the clarification. I have a feeling the price increase wont be too drastic or they'll drive users away.

Hence the dilemma I am in - I already extended to 2027. Not sure if it is risky to extend further. Sekali want to port out, money wasted.

Malaysians are used to see and expect u turns. After this, I think many users will think "no need to rush lah, sure extend some more punya".
