How to stop spam messages from XOX? I got 4 numbers and everytime is the same message. Almost everyday will receive 2-3 messages per number. Annoying AF.

so july i help my mum port to xox and within 10 days i bought the fat 5 (5GB) + free 5 GB(july) ,and then i send data ar and the free 5 gb just ended (1 month) and then i get the 500mb from my season counter (august just now)  and it shoud  left 5GB minus 500mb=4500mb left...but when i check online it shows

my guess is online checking not acurate....if i dont have season pass counter balance,then how am i able to withraw 500mb without my balance remain the same amount rite...
