Yoodo delivers SIM card to my parents house and they can receive on behalf no issues.

besides, does oneXOX comes with basic Internet which if no data pass on can still have Internet access? or they are charging pay per use Internet when one does not have any data pass? or it will just simply has no Internet connection at all (no pay per use Internet) as long as one has no data pass?

Yeah. Looking at the package other than the long validity, this prepaid does not really have other advantages over the traditional prepaid. one seriously needs to be on super low usage in order for this prepaid to be useful. Although the season passes are designed to save users money actually looking at the package one will end up paying much more he is a 'normal' user that uses about 5GB per month.

There is hotlink unlimited plans that costs only rm35 nett monthly that will be much suitable for them.

This plan will probably be suitable for people who hardly use the line but want to keep the number without paying too much. Example like people who resides in overseas or not in bolehland most of the time. Or suitable for elder people who purely use the line for calls.

I am just planning to switch to this plan to temporarily park my hotlink number here until my unifi contract is over so I can sign up the hotlink broadband and postpaid package that costs rm99 with hotlink postpaid line for extra rm10 but with 10GB data and unlimited calls. Existing hotlink users cannot sign up this plan, that's why need to port out first then port back in to hotlink again to sign this package.

Yeah. I would recommend anyone to go with hotlink m prepaid unlimited at rm35 instead. Totally no need to worry about other cost. Monthly just pay rm35. No need to pay SST too.

Yes confusing and one more weakness onexox dont have office branch. It is kinda difficult if we have issue to solve.

to be fair, a lot MVNOs in lion city also do not have any physical stores to handle registration or other issues. A lot of their supports are online only to save the operation costs. so far so good, as long as there are people available for online chat or replying to emails. after all, not so much problems needed to be fixed for typical users.

sometimes i hesitate to go to those ah beng shops. I dun really trust the way they handle my data (such as photocopy of IC etc.). normally to sign up any mobile line etc, i only do online directly from their official website or go to the official store if they have one one.

i did see this, when i register u mobile at 7-11.

however, i still prefer official store if i come to register something la. haha.

I have received 3 SMS for XOX Selfcare recently which I have never requested. Is there any way to check what happened? My account seems to be normal. My credits and season pass data also left untouched.

Luckily my balance left just RM5 and data almost finish, I only keep this number for its validity. If a transfer actually happens, will XOX send a SMS to inform me?
