I was told that those online sp sellers got their numbers suspended for fraud. Many were terminated and the rest is banned from sp transfers.

I was wondering how they got it dirt cheap and was shown the MO by a dealer. Now not wortwhile anymore for scammers to defraud sp data ...

This one is supposed to be a new secret weapon black plan ... I asked a dealer about this but have no details so don't get too excited yet ...

I already have detect possible defraud MO if this plan does not have a gatekeeper ... I hope it will only be for data usage only with very limited sp transfer or else onexox will have cheap sp data problem again ...

1. No, say bye bye to leftovers ... I suggest you start small like 2GB data plan and re-sub new plan if finish early ...

1. It's been like that for years ... no DA/MA issue for me ... I'm comfortable with how season pass works ... season pass all the way baby ... if you want uninterrupted data then look for Black B89DB lar ...

2. Agreed. Their myxox app needs a huge revamp ... Been complaining to the dealers but they say onexox cannot do anything because XOX is the one doing the apps .... same goes with the website .... gives me a headache sometimes when looking for info ... both XOX and onexox websites lacks appeal and up-to-date info ...

3. Eh ... yours is preapaid or black ? or both ? Aiseh man ... use xox FAST to pay la .... easy and quick to pay there ...

How come a dealer can give inaccurate info ?

The 1GB data @ rm2.50 is for new subscribers buying welcome deal

a. SP FAT10 @ RM50 gets you 20GB data activated as 30 days data plan
b. SP FAT10M @ RM50 gets you 10GB data activated as 30 days data plan + 333 voice minutes

So, it still translates to RM2.50 per 1GB data ... the difference in point of view whether its activated data plan or into season pass does not matter bcoz it still is 1GB @ rm2.50 ...

As I see it, XOX still makes lotsa money or else they'll never come up with B89DB which translates to roughly less than RM1 per 1GB data ...

AFAIK, the welcome deal season pass and season pass happy hour was modified to prevent scammers from defrauding sp data ...

BTW, the TAC thing affects ALL telcos ... its just that onexox kenot handle it like the big boys with big muscles ...

Once in a while someone will have tac disruption more than 72 hours SOP and starts blaming telcos except the sms gateway service provider which is hidden from public view ... getting sick and tired of trying to educate people who you should betraining your guns to ...

XOX black app can only work from Android 5 + .... needs updated webview for xoxid logins to work properly ... I complained but nobody at xox listens ... many around me (mostly elderlies) still on kitkat phones and kenot use xox black ...

Yes, you can ... xox black app works without simcard as it needs only xoxid login ...

1. So, just mnp to onexox and first get the 28 months validity

2. I would recommend buying the welcome deal season pass RM50 and get 333 minutes + 10GB data quota

3. Now you have your calls covered with 333 minutes which should last for a long long time

4. You also now have 10GB which should cover you for 2 months

5. For additional data, every 1 or 2 months topup rm50 and lookout for Happy Hour season pass .... try to get at least the 12GB ones ...

6. The method above will ensure you have at least 5GB or 6GB data to use monthly at roughly rm25 per month

1. Again, typical misconception on OTP / TAC problem ...... most of the time this issue is a 3rd party gateway problem where onexox/xox does not have any control ...

2. Better line coverage and speed ? Dream on ... MVNO depends on their principal MNO ... if celcom tower gets borked somewhere and cause congestions then onexox cannot do much and must rely on celcom to fix it .... just like when a fiber cut happened not too long ago in the northen area ... all MVNO was affected then ...

3. I overheard some dealers talking over teh tarik that onexox targets 7 million subs for 2020 ..... I'm thinking that's probably the magic number for xox to become MNO and have their own towers ? .... but then again for a company with NOT a deep pocket I don't think being MNO is possible ..... just the spectrum license will sink them ...

Wake up and face reality ... there is no telco that is able to provide 100% satisfaction guaranteed ...

Onexox is an MVNO that provides reasonably good product at a reasonably good price and able to cater for low-to-mid usage consumers. Their black product is quite competitive with unlimited calls and data buffet up-to 100GB ...

The otp / tac is a 3rd party gateway issue. As zher 4883 already pointed out that onexox is not to be blamed .... but then again ... the general public is fickle minded and most doesn't like to read long paragraphs and wouldn't want to understand the real issue .... and the vicious cycle repeats itself ....

Hmmm ..... Onexox Black is technically still a prepaid product (pay-before-use) but just different plan billings so a total mix of 5 black and non-black per IC is applicable. Onexox does not have a true postpaid plan yet. The 5 numbers limit is not applicable for business registrations.

I have one account with active 500MB monthly plan but zero balance ... already claimed the free 1GB and now can surf again ... note: must wait for the sms reply after redeem the free 1GB data before it can be used.

My other telco numbers (A, C, U) don't need any active data plan to use the free 1GB data ...

Hmmm .....

1. swtich to a different telco and return back to onexox ... this is a hit-or-miss thing ... some gets it and some not ... probably you may want to wait at least 30days before returning (maybe longer to reset the database) ... but this is just my guess ...

2. All balances (credit/season pass) will forfeit when you port out ... bear that in mind ... unless you have another onexox number to move out current balances ...

3. The simplest would be to send VALID 12 now and add 1 year to your existing validity ... no, you don't have to wait and the system will automatically deduct from both DA+MA to make up the rm25

Bear in mind that the validity shown could mean barred or blocked. You should really check in USSD *150*1# or *132# to confirm.

1. To add 1 year validity, send VALID 12 to 22111 for rm25 ... and it will be added to existing validity

2. Old onexox app no longer works ... get the new Black App and re-register with the old email ... can pm anyone you know here for the referral code to get the free 500mb data during registration ...

2a. The number 1st selected will be the main number shown and all other registered number(s) will be listed automatically after the 1st one.

3. In selfcare, you can add your other number(s) as sublines to manage (up-to 10 numbers)

the new black app is better and easier than the old onexox app ... you'll find it works better than selfcare ...

I experienced this last year when helping someone to extend validity. ... can ignore the time stamp but cannot ignore the barred or blocked status ... use ussd *132# to confirm barred or blocked ...

if barred then you will have another 30 days in blocked period status .... if now in blocked status then number will be terminated after 28 April ... if the number is imoprtant then go get a RM5 topup from epay terminal / 7-11 or any dealer to reactivate number today then extend to 1 year immediately ...

Hmmm .....

A1) Yeah, weekly and monthly data plan will auto renew ... in your case it will auto renew every 30 days.

A2) Can deactivate by using USSD Menu *150# or send DATA AR OFF to 22111 ...

A3) Can stop auto renewal anytime .... I usually do it immediately after subscribing to any data plan.

No need. Just one sim ... DA+MA = total credit ... you need total credit to buy season pass and season pass is how you save more in the long term ...

but on a calmer note, the ussd menu still works and the RMCO 1GB data is unrestricted usage ... I whack it everyday ... sub to monthly data and get 1GB free unrestricted usage between 8am-6pm ... I'd say its a pretty good deal for the next 6 months ...

Ekceli ... after active validity ends, you get 30 days barred period then another 30 days blocked period before number terminated .... I already let one sim expire and found out the 30+30 days is accurate.
