Hi guys ,
I got this MNP rejection code. What does this mean?
Can anyone explain what should I do?
Reject Code : MPG2012
Description : DonorId is invalid for the MSISDNS
*
That means the telco your porting out from is wrongly entered ... you can try the mnp again with correct telco or better find a dealer near you to resubmit ... its faster and the dealer can redo until success ,,,

Hi thanks for the reply. So the line validity is different from their 28 months validity. In Unifi Mobile there is no line validity, doesnt matter whether i reload or not, line will be always active. I can just use my credit anytime i want and top up when either free call or data used up. I thought XOX has this feature too or is there any way to purchase line valididy separately and combine it with XOX Season Pass ?
*
It seems you misunderstood a couple of things.

1 Unifi mobile have a 90 days line validity and it will be terminated if no usage at all within the period. Any valid usage, reload or subscription will extend the line validity by another 90 days. The point is that line validity does exist for unifi mobile.

2. Onexox gives the option to get 28 months validity (that's 850 days of active line validity) with any of the welcome deal Season Pass package (for new numbers). You can literally keep the simcard under your bed for 2 years without any usage and you can just whip it out to make a call the next day. Every rm1 topup extends the validity by one more day. No other telco does this.

Season Pass is the best option to save costs with onexox.

Please read the first post on the first page of this thread to understand more ....

Unused data can be brought forward to next month? In terms of coverage it’s exactly as per Celcom coverage right?
*
To be clear:

1. Season Pass data does not expire and follows line validity. If you still have 28GB data balance in your season pass then it stays there all the way until your number is terminated (if still remains unused).

2. Unused data from plan subscription will be forfeited. Ex: Subscribed to 5GB monthly data plan using Season Pass but still have 1GB balance at the end of 30 days; so that 1GB balance will be forfeited.

Just would like some clarification. I got the season pass 10GB + 10GB FAT10. So 10GB is season pass and 10GB for one month. If I do not cancel auto renew would it use all 10GB of my season pass for the next month? A bit confused.
*
Yes, the first 10GB is season pass data while the second 10GB is a monthly plan. All monthly plan will be auto-renewed. If you don't cancel auto-renewal, it will deduct the 10GB season pass data upon renewal next month. It's easy ... sms DATA AR OFF to 22111

I read through the last 15 pages of replies.

I have some queries that are not present or I am still doubtful:

1. I am a foreigner with work visa in malaysia. If i want to port from hotlink prepaid to onexox black esim, do I have pay some extra charges apart from normal porting fees?

2. Like the previous person commented, I do not see hotlink as an option when trying to fill in the form when trying to switch online

3. Do we have to pay for imessage and facetime?

4. what happens to the TAC numbers?

5. How good is the cell coverage interms of internet speed, and calling? from the time I have been here in malaysia, i've used hotlink only. So do not have much idea about anything else. Also, how good are the speeds?
Thankyou
*
1. No, not that I know of ... onexox black is a prepaid-postpaid hybrid ... no deposit required

2. Maybe not available for maxis/hotlink yet ? Try calling onexox customer service to confirm

3. Yes, I believe so ... the current suggestion is to disable both unless required.

4. After mnp, TAC from banks will not be working for 1-3 days (security issue by TAC gateways) depending on the banks. Some banks TAC start working again within a day ... some up-to 3 days ... some even longer ... best to call the bank's customer service to notify change of telco ...

5. Coverage is generally good, subject to your actual location landscape + surrounding + cell tower. Speed wise is supposed to be 4G+ ... YMMV

Best suggestion is for you to get a prepaid with season pass to test run for a week or two at your usual location(s) ... if you're satisfied then do your mnp to black esim and transfer your season pass to your new black account.

Currently im using one sim card, one App.

But, soon i will add another 2 sim cards, how about the App's login details?

Does it means that I need 3 separate login account?

FYI, all 3 accounts is under my Name.
*
You have two options:

1. separate login accounts (yes, 3 different emails)

-or-

2. add the 2 new numbers as sub-lines to your first number in the myXox app and maintain all from one login account

The RM10 simcard prurchased consist RM5 value. When I want to purchase a Rm30 season pass, can I top up RM25 into my e-wallet and the balance deduct from MA/ DA? Or how to transfer the Rm5 value from MA/DA to my e-wallet so that I can make up RM30? Tq
*
Hmm ...

No need to put into ewallet ...

In selfcare, just topup direct to your number rm25 and you will see total credit r30 ... better this way because your validity also get extended when you topup your number ...

How to use the credit to subscribe season pass? I called the customer service they told me after top up wallet only can subscribe season pass ...
if use your method, top up credit can extend validity, then I use the credit subscribe season pass, so meaning I subscribe season pass and indirectly extend the validity?
*
Yes, just topup directly to your number ... then you will see the topup amount in your balances. Also your validity get extended (rm1 = 1day).

When you see a season pass happy hour offer that you like, just use Easy Menu *150# or myxox app or sms command to purchase the required season pass. The system will automatically deduct from your credit balances ... (first from MA and then DA if not sufficient.)

This is the normal standard way of reloading our onexox number to buy season pass .... if you use e-wallet to buy season pass you don't get your validity extended. E-wallet is like digital cash ... its not prepaid credit. Ok?

... thanks for enlightening, I rugied 50 days validity. So what is the benefit of the e-wallet in relation to the use of oneXoX? And also there are lots of free SMS (150/month?), how to utilise it or its just for nice to show?
*
I believe e-wallet is for buying steam codes or game points or something ... also can be used to buy xox season pass and on xox's emall ... never really fancied all these ewallets ... too many of them ...

The free sms is for onexox-to-onexox only ... you'll end up with 1800 free sms in 12 months ... haha ... I still have 1600+ left ...

*
Onexox Black10 gets you monthly 1GB + 20 minutes. Maximum 100GB data can carry forward. Minutes and sms no limit.

onexox black is postpaid, so you get to carry forward as long as the monthly bill is paid. there is no validity.

That is years away ... anyway, it looks like a flirt to me ... 50/50 operating wise but telenor wants 60% controlling stake ... doubt someone higher up willing to give that up ...

I subscribed to FAT500 from season pass and let it renew monthly, say it is expiring on every 15th of the month. Before 15th, I ran out of data, say on the 10th and I subscribe additional data from season pass 500mb on that day. Question:
1) will the data I add on 10th auto renew as well in the following month?
2) Will the auto renew on 15th continue?
3) what is the minimum data to subscribe so that it will be deducted from season pass?
4) how do we know the additional data subscribed is daily or weekly or monthly?
Thanks
*
1. If add-on then it still renew on the coming 15th (not the following 10th) and any balance forfeited.
2. Yes.
3. Any weekly or monthly plans deducts from season pass. Smallest is 500mb monthly plan. Add-ons also gets taken from season pass.
4. Add-on adds to current plan and expire as per original subscription date.

all this while i had been buying from the season pass promo and accumulated about 1600 minutes of call time and more than 200GB of unused data still in season pass...yet they suspended my account on charges of suspicious activities...its all for personal consumption...thats really pissed me off....and they do not give me any proof just assumption...after i had spend cash now they dont want to honour their obligation to customer.

it is almost 2 months now since I joined XOX on 2nd July 2019. I wonder how much cash you've spend for those 1600 minutes & 200GB data confused.gif
*
Hmmm .... a simple calculation could be at least rm900 spent to get the 200GB data + minutes. ...

Fortunately, no one around me got suspended for buying lotsa season pass ... and I did told them to never delete those season pass sms as proof of purchase.

Funny thing is many people around me seems to be having 100GB+ season pass nowadays ... a cousin of mine have 140GB+ b'coz of itchy finger cannot tahan buying happy hour and still want to buy some more ... fortunately my itchy finger no longer itchy like last time .... biggrin.gif ... only keep what I need ...

I also don't face any issue buying birthday bonus data and off loading it to the "needy" ones .... these kids really know how suck those data dry in no time ....

Actually we don't need to keep the sms as proof, all transactions are in their system.

Something like your credit in prepaid acc suddenly gone and you make report, they investigate and refund your credit.

In fact in this modern high technology era, they should know the users/dealers involved,

but why some innocent users get suspended ?

Haste action to suspend and investigate later and then resume the acc after clearance ?
*
Hmmm ....

Calm down bro !

Maybe it's like the bank's red flag fraud prevention .... someone complaint to me before his bank account kena suspend bcoz too many transactions ... he have to go to branch office to explain and get the suspension lifted ...

There are always two sides to a coin. We only see what we can see from this side. We can't see what the other side can see. It seems sad and unfortunate for an innocent user to get suspended but unfortunately all telcos can apparently suspend a number that gets into their suspicious activity radar ... I am lazy to read TnC but its usually in there somewhere ...

In a previous post, someone mentioned nearly 1K account was suspended? I guess this is like AMLA .... suspend the acoount so that the balance stays there and not diverted elsewhere ... only after its cleared then lift suspension ... aiseh ... that's how the law also works la ....

Since I believe that you are a dealer then maybe you can better help your user by approaching your AD or MD for their opinion/assistance and also maybe by making a case statement with all relevant info and submit to CS to speed things up ...Good luck in helping your user out .

Look promising, cheap and long-lasting line availability.

Any negative side of this plan? I heard TAC can't receive & how is the data speed?
*
There are pros and cons to any plan.

Onexox sms are filtered to prevent premium sms content. A couple of years ago many valid 5 digit banking / tac sms was blocked. You have to lodge a report to get them white listed. Now, the situation is much better and most of the tac complaints comes from newly mnp numbers. So, I guess it depends on luck. Most of those around me who mnp to onexox didnt have tac problems except a couple which already resolved long ago.

I myself encountered delayed sms once in a while ... sometimes between 3-5 minutes and on rare occasions after 30 minutes ... but then, the same also happened to my xpax number ... maybe its just sms gateway congestion ...

Data speed is similarly good for both my onexox and xpax numbers in my area.
