Yes, but hopefully won't be "selected" la. So far, none of the users here has reported they got "selected".

OK, then at least not too bad that you have 0 season pass.

Last time was worth it, but my priority is long validity as i only use it when on holiday and need more data.

Now 1x-22 offers cheaper data package but im worried about the T&C is not that favourable for long validity as the old plans.

But i want to see whether they automatically port me into the new plan despite top up RM30. brows.gif

I see but 1x-22 will be RM 22 per month, good if use consistently.

I think they won't since it is written on their T&C.

Mind sharing how many months ago was your top-up in this wawa plan?

I did mine 2 months ago in June.

Just ported in to XOX IX-22. Will VoLTE and VoWiFi be enabled automatically, or do I need to call customer service? Also, do I need to do anything to receive OTP SMS? Maybe the system needs some time to update, as I haven’t been able to receive any OTP messages yet

Thanks for response.

Maybe that's the reason you're 'selected' I suppose. Idk.

Same case as meow.

Need to call the careline to activate VoLTE manually. Don't mention VoWiFi as they do not understand what is VoWiFi...

Thats not true. Celcom auto upgrade my old x2 to newer x3 or burung hantu or whatever the newer plan name is back then. Made me lose the 28sen/10minutes call and 1sen sms.

Maxis hotlink also auto upgrade old pantas plan that give 30 days validity with rm5 reload to newer pantas v2 that double the reload requirement to rm10.

If people read the terms and conditions i can guarantee theres phrases like "we reserved the rights to change rate/plan at our own discretion... By registering to our service, customer agree to this terms... ". Basically allowing them to do exactly auto change plan and skmm can't do anything. Yes ppl never read the tos but ppl already auto agree to it.

Sorry but if there is a Clause stating "we reserved the rights to change...blah blah blah", might as well not need to trouble everybody to create the T&C in the 1st place as all the Clauses are invalid as and when needed...

If we can't convinced the Customers, we need to confuse the Customers...

Thats how literally every tos works, you agree to it by using the service. In a perfect world everyone read tos but the world is not perfect, company deliberately make it 56 paragraph long with puny size 6 fonts and ppl yolo click accept/ok/procced when tos are presented to them.

The rules are there virtually but in reality, it never existed...

So, there is no such thing "no one is above the law"... somebody is always above the law...
