I only have 15 T2 character.

my alliance team 8200Novas slowly level up to level 10.
how to quickly level up to level 15 alliance team?
I do spot checks on member that is not online for more than 10Days then only I kick out from team. other than that any other ways of getting members to contribute alliance points
