I think none of the card gives access to The Bar, at least those common ones we are using...
Erm, if your card allows and each access deducts one entry. Unless you are on unlimited access, then it should be OK but banks have the right to decline your multiple visits in a day.
Who knows may charge you in statement later?

Need boarding pass... Whether the staff strictly follows no boarding pass no entry, that's another story. Else, they will need to scan your boarding pass.

Passport I supposed for international departures/arrivals. I was always asked for passport and boarding pass.

Just apply supp card for your spouse and your spouse also applies one for you.
Both of you use supp cards to enter PPL and your children use both of your principal cards (Assuming you have two kids). If more than two, then apply more principal cards.

At the end, no need to pay for anything (if any charges).

If you follow my suggestions, you don't need to pay anything for your kids even if they charge.
