if you are fly through, your bags will be checked through, and you will have both boarding passes, so when you arrive in KLIA2, you can either pass through immigration in the transit area, or come out into the public area, and re-enter....if you want to use the gm, then you need to come out....

if you are NOT fly through, then you MUST collect your bags and recheck in.....

wellness spa is in the p/q pier area, at the far end of the departure area...yes, you need to pass through immigration to get to it....if your departure is from l pier, you can use the ppl there instead...

nothing will happen, unless they came to you and inform you that it's already more than 3 hours. when that happens, you can choose to go or extend another 3 hours by utilizing another complementary entry.

In the fish market called ppl klia, there is no way they can keep track of who stays how long....

Ws is smaller....But I doubt they will also keep track of you, especially if busy....
