Anyone tried using Citibank premiermiles to enter PPL@klia2? My mum tried to go in and they said they need to deduct 2,000 points to go in!! At the end she didnt use it because she have Ambank signature card.

i thought premiermiles  only can be  use in KLIA?

when  i flash them the card at PPL KLIA2 they denied my entry.

i think HK PPL food better than Changi.

the food wise much better at TGM. the choices and portion used to be much better (big good bowl of chicken salad for appetizer) before they change to the current menu.

But not applicable in Green Market, they are unable to check usage of the card

I was there last night, I asked about this question since the staff asking me whether I have use the card for any PPL before on today, otherwise bank will charge if used twice in a day

I had a strange encounter at PPL one sunday evening, when I was at Changi PPL counter the staff told me they are full and ask me to have a look before she swipe my card. Anyway I couldnt be bother since it was free.

my god when I went in it was full of kids, all crowding the hot food area. I grab a drink and wait for 20 minutes before I have a chance to see what food was offered that night. And they keep putting their dirty damn plate on the long dining table which I am seated on.
