Not for KLIA2, for KLIA2 can get SCB WM but only one ride per month while Citi PM is unlimited.

There was once my flight delayed to 3am, but PPL closed at 11pm...

12 am to be exact at KLIA 2. If KLIA, its 24 hours. If you are at KLIA 2, then no choice have to sleep on the floor and wait for AA to compensate you with a cold, hard burger with a bottle of mineral water later .

The ppl in the landside are open 24hrs so if you know your flight is delayed early or have a very late departure time, stay outside until just before boarding....
