QUOTE(il0ve51 @ Sep 6 2018, 12:45 PM) ambank visa signature cant go in to TGM, aerotel ppl & ppl gateway? im going to klia2 in few day time. i just got this card and spend 500 to enter. although i got a lot card already, just try to use one time. looks like the only choice you have is the Wellness Spa. The food in there sucks, it's more for relaxing than for food. But if you are hungry, The Bar outside the Wellness Spa is where you can get some finger food, very limited choices I must say and it's also not great. Once you have the food, you cannot bring into the Wellness Spa. If you wish to reenter Wellness spa, you need to finish your food first. If you need to have drinks, make sure you bring it out from Wellness spa along with your personal belongings. To me, Ambank is better with the PPL overseas, depending on where you are heading to.

QUOTE(propusers @ Nov 6 2018, 01:28 PM) err... please correct me if i am outdated... RHB Signature credit card still can access PPL at KLIA2, correct? Go to The Green Market better than PPL. RHB VS can go to TGM, used before.

QUOTE(ckkmy @ Nov 20 2018, 12:07 AM) I just called to PPL in KLIA & MBB CS ask the same question, PPL said sub card can access as free; but MBB CS answer sub card no free access to PPL. PPL said sub card of Alliance VI also unlimited access to PPL in KLIA. QUOTE(limeuu @ Nov 20 2018, 07:31 AM) Just as I thought....ppl staff made a mistake....wonder what happens when the bill arrives at Maybank....charge as paid entries? I would take the answer from the bank as the correct answer. After all, the bank CS is dealing with just one set of their own bank cards while the PPL CS is dealing with hundreds sets of bank cards from all over the world. If the bank CS made a mistake, at least you have a case in voice recording as evidence to dispute the charges incurred by surprise later.

QUOTE(limeuu @ Dec 7 2018, 01:44 PM) A boarding pass has always been required....just that the ppl group had been lax to maximize business....they will also accept a printed booking eticket if you haven't check in yet... Whether international or otherwise depends on the policy of the respective banks.... It's a good thing to have strict enforcement, as rampant abuse will result in curtailment of privileges, to the detriment of genuine travellers.... example ambank's withdrawal of access to landside lounges.... there were once i tried The Green Market upon returning from trip. I accidentally dropped my ticket stub on the flight. But luckily i have the PDF of the etickets I have and showed them thru phone. The official just scanned the code on the PDF and proceed without issue.

QUOTE(charlesj @ Jan 28 2019, 10:19 AM) RHB new T&C from 25-Feb onwards Nevertheless I think Aerotel is not included in the list Worse, no longer can use RHB for domestic flight!! Besides, noticed that HSBC also included new clause - 1 entry per day (if not mistaken, no such clause previously) Where is this Paid Lounge mentioned in KLIA2?

QUOTE(skty @ Mar 5 2019, 12:09 PM) anyone know what is "paid lounge" and "the bar"? I am wondering about 'Paid Lounge', too. QUOTE(ckkmy @ Mar 5 2019, 12:30 PM) Located across Aerotel Kuala Lumpur is the Bar; measuring over 60 square metres in size with the capacity of over 40 seats, it is the only watering hole in gateway@klia2.Cosy and inviting, with high stools and cocktail tables as well as lounge seating, come in for a refreshing pint before take-off or join us as we catch the latest sporting event live on the big-screen TV! I thought across Aerotel is PPL@Gateway? And the Bar is in front of Wellness Spa in International Departure Hall? did they move? Sorry, been a while since i visited airport.
