I have only stayed Ionger than 3 hrs in klia (no problem), and Changi....The later was overnight, so I used 2 separate cards for 6 hrs, but eventually stayed 7hrs, no problem.....

Recent experience at GM klia2:

1. Staff asked for boarding pass and I gave them my wife's (arriving in KL)

2. Provided 2 cards under my name but staff requested for at least 1 card that is the same name as the provided boarding pass. I asked the staff whether the requirement was necessary but she answered "it's ok then"

3. Access granted for 2 cards under my name

I feel that they will slowly tighten the requirements going forward.

dependent on staff I suppose.

my wife send her family off for a flight on 30th Dec, she had her bfast at GM using my card and no question was asked. (didn't ask for boarding pass as well)

anyway....

Hey guys. I normally would have free access to plaza premium lounge in KLIA 2. Just wondering if it is the same as Plaza premium lounge & TGM in Changi airport Singapore

if you are referring to whether you can also enter lounges in spore, you will have to check with your bank if their list includes lounges outside msia....

the first page of this thread include info about this....

Noted with thanks and I just checked. They say the green market in Singapore is temporarily closed since may 2016. Any idea if they have reopened as of today?

Just checked out GM at klia 2 , food is not too bad. Service was excellent though. The beers at PPL however were not chilled.

Yes the do offer beers and other alcoholic beverages at GM at KLIA2 , however it is not complimentary. It's considered as ala carte, I was there with my sister last night and she ordered JD with coke and I was billed rm 28.
Atmosphere is not too bad I must say.

No complimentary beer. One card for one free meal, anything additional, you gotta pay.

Yup. Complimentary dining encompasses 1 serving of salad and one main course. And for drinks , it's either ice lemon tea, coffee or water.

noted that for entry to PPL at airside, boarding pass is required

however
since green market located at landside, is it compulsory for one to present boarding pass in order to use the free PPL entry privilege?

ie, i go klia2 to send my friend, can i visit GM by using aeon gold card, but without boarding pass?

Last visit to GM in Dec, I was asked for boarding pass and I presented. I used my arrival ticket as I dined there when I touched down. smile.gif
Some people said even if they require, can say do not have and they still allow. Not sure if that's the case now. I would say it is staff dependant.

Yup I used the facilities yesterday. Staff asked for boarding pass and still allowed after I said I am not travelling, just picking up my sisters who were.
