whey protein isolate.
25 gram protein = 100 calories this one has 150 calories per serving. Doesn't really look like an isolate to me. |

doesnt it already state 11 grams carb and 0.5 grams fat...
11 grams carb = 44 cals. 0.5 grams = 4.5 cals. so thats 48.5 of the 50 grams accounted for. even ON isolate also got extras inside, just not as much. 1 scoop 25 grams protein and 120 cals. |

QUOTE(kof1469 @ Aug 1 2016, 06:57 PM) people get whey protein isolate mostly because of the low calorie count and almost little to no carbs (also because its one of the fastest absorbing protein).but this one, it claims to be isolate, but at the same time, have that much carbs in it. doesn't make sense. I'm guessing this is a standard whey blend, where you are getting majority of whey concentrate with little isolate in it. |

Wonder why people opt of isolate unless they are lactose intolerance or idk super hardcore maybe trying to mix max everything.
*How we can mix max the chicken breast even with digital scale, how do you know there is 1g or 2g or 3g of fat? It is just far from significant lmao |

QUOTE(helven @ Aug 3 2016, 04:42 PM) Wonder why people opt of isolate unless they are lactose intolerance or idk super hardcore maybe trying to mix max everything. Because their friend say "isolate can give more muscle cutting BRO!". A huge amount of people who buy this stuff don't even have a basic idea of what whey/mass gainers do. These people include the super muscular beyond genetic limit ripped all year godlike bodies guys in the gym, who spread all kindz of bullshit in the first place.*How we can mix max the chicken breast even with digital scale, how do you know there is 1g or 2g or 3g of fat?
