Hi,
I'm looking to sell off my condo unit. I checked the selling price from iproperty but not sure if the listed price is reflective of market price? My condo unit has an extra car park. How much should I expect to get from the extra car park?
Appreciate your comments and advice.

QUOTE(Ah SiAnG @ Jul 30 2016, 09:07 PM) Thanks for the info. Looks like not cheap to get a valuation done. QUOTE(kengyan @ Jul 30 2016, 10:01 PM) You can just put any price you want, willing buyer, willing seller. Else, just go to any bank and ask the loan officer, they will have a rough guide on the market value. Maybe I'll go for this option.

QUOTE(forever1979 @ Aug 1 2016, 12:47 PM) can check the value from the edge property or www.brickz.my Yup, these are the two websites I would recommend as well, however, I find both have not been updating regularly nowadays, but still a good benchmark. Else you can submit your own request at JPPH (Valuation and Property Services department). No need to waste money hiring valuers, as they pretty much based their analysis using the same data source anyway.
