I remember few years back, a kampung boy no licence riding a motorbike hit my friend's mother's car. He went over the roof someone. The kid sent a letter from his lawyer and my the insurance company, (of my friend's mother's car's company "whoa") paid him. Rather unrelated to this thread but odd.

I live in Alor Star and you always see those Pak Haji cars on the road. Don't know how old they are and they paint with ICI, Nippon Paint. Not that it relates but thing is, they drive so slow, on the right lane and when it they are turning, the let their car stop fully until they signal and turn. wtf is that......the road belongs to his father is it? (technically it is)

Regarding the Rempits, you all do realise we have Junior rempits. Those who does rempit stunts with their bicycle. The other day I almost hit one kid, I was driving, taking a left turn and out of nowhere, he came from my left in an opposite direction. I was like #@$%#%#$.

Dude, I salute you! Macam ni la Melayu yang berwawasan! rclxms.gif

Malaysia would be closer to a utopia if every Malay thought like our friend here.

Many kampung places in Malaysia are still nothing more than barbarian villages. They have their own unwritten rules, like some of the cases we've read above. Bang a chicken, end up in hospital. Bang a man, end up in graveyard or lose your car. Go go go! Visit Malaysia 2007! doh.gif Like what some of us have learnt in form 4 Islamic history, it's that thing called "semangat Assabiah", a very dangerous BS mentality.

The thing with many people in Malaysia, Malay, Chinese or Indian, is that they are very much race-based on mindset, very sad but true. That's probably why the policemen from the TS case was afraid to declare the motorcyclist guilty. As for the poster who got his bike parts stolen years ago... that was VERY daring of you, if somewhat foolish, no offense ya? biggrin.gif Village idiots or not, they are not people you want to mess with unless you've got a shotgun, a katana and maybe some MP5s. LOL jk.

Seriously, the government must think wisely and put themselves in the common people's shoes. Instead of having their enforcers wasting time infringing on privacies of couples and accusing even foreign couples for 'khalwat', they should focus more on keeping PEACE in our country. Imagine if guns were easily obtainable in this country like in the USA, we'll probably degrade into Iraq where most households have at least one AK-47 with a few magazines.

P.S I'm a Muslim and bumiputera too.

Not that mob rule only applies to kampung. I mean, why do you want to beat up a snatch thief until their mother cannot recognise him? Seriously. Just give him a punch or two (maybe, in case he tries to escape) and tie him up and leave it to the police. That, is 1st world mentality.
