New fund usually decided by top gun like PM right?
Just like Mahathir decided on ASW and Mr Jib decided on AS1M and ASB2.
Don't think the CEO can just simply decide a new fund.

Btw, can update the limit on how much can withdraw on the first post.
Like RHB no limit, etc. etc.
People ask this every time.
*
well if the PNB chairman can give "advice" to our beloved PM, sure can go one..

but SC approval might be problem.. devil.gif

ASW = Mahathir

AS1M = Jibby

so logically which one might give some "surprise gift" to unitholders (if any) blush.gif brows.gif

What are the reasons for account holders to withdraw, considering the FD rate is not that attractive in comparison?
*
Well there's various factors..

It's for sustain cost of living, lack of confidence in pnb, use for d/payment for house or cars, children education etc.

Then it's time for us to pick up. Fund size usually will be increased to accommodate the dividend?
*
Actually the fund size is currently bigger than units in circulation..

But yeah, unit in circulation will be more..

Yes can topup. If don't increase ASNB will payout in cheque.
*
Expecting 2018 dividend payments to Be in cheque or direct debit into SA (those gave bank acc details)

And why is that?
*
It's getting too big..
And SC is not so keen to give approvals on increased fund size

Well that is bad news as normal people like me will need to try luck and topup. Some more since it's not going to be in units, chances of topping up have decrease (people won't withdraw after dividend date since there's nothing to withdraw)
*
that's why this upcoming ex-dividend date is very critical.. die die must take time to top up. by using AL or MC devil.gif

next year 2017 FY it's 50/50..
