I will try to rebalance my AS1m & ASW on this day, too much AS1M. Will do it at ASNB branch as they can see the units available.

They are not. Only Affin is selling FP.
Actually you can try hentam ASW one shot RM10k. Then if get, ask them contra from AS1M. That's what I did contra with ASG to ASW. Hentam xxx amount of ASW, dapat, give them my ASG book.
*
But at ASNB, u can see how much is available n buy them up instead of blindly hentam. n yes I plan to contra with my AS1M account.

I think can accept. If other fund maybe cannot. But ASX FP I think can due to the nature of it. Haven't try before (not enough to reach threshold for CC application). Masih peanuts/ikan bilis  cry.gif  cry.gif

Don't think so.

Still FD. Or maybe maybank constant funds. See how lo. Most probably back to conventional FD.

Why not put in ASx FP funds, easily better returns?

Agreed but the challenges is patience during top up n don't give up
*
That is why must grab them when opportunities arise like in 2009 when AS1m was launched n ppl were not interested or 2016-1MDB issues.

OT:

IMHO, better to park in ASX FP...it makes sense.

Housing loan interest is among the lowest around, that's how many people are leveraging.

Higher dp is when banks don't approve of higher loans. Also, if this is an issue to you, better get those flexi loans instead so that you can top up the loan in near future...

👍
*
Flexi loan has higher cost? I think unless one needs its flexibility better to look for cheaper new loan.

Don't discuss too much on this lah, otherwise "sifu" in FSM would comment "very petty and childish discussion" or "quality of this thread has been deteriorating".
