what are the fees like? fees for buying units, selling units, maintenance fee etc?

From what I know is "feeless" as the fees is already counted into thr NAV.

Well that is bad news as normal people like me will need to try luck and topup. Some more since it's not going to be in units, chances of topping up have decrease (people won't withdraw after dividend date since there's nothing to withdraw)

that's why this upcoming ex-dividend date is very critical.. die die must take time to top up. by using AL or MC devil.gif

next year 2017 FY it's 50/50..

Due to tis restriction, chance to top up is indeed limited

No. Only if you topup today. If you topup today, you will get 1/12 x amount x 0.06x.
