If I was Batman, I could probably last a lot longer than 45 mins in the gym. My knees are too weak for my frame (lol) so I keep my cardio to the rowing machine. Only need to know my heart rate has gone up (which duh, it would after some minutes of vigorous rowing) so that I can hit the weights.

I won't lie la, I really don't see the need for a smart watch, for my use. Just itchy backside and looking for a reason. As it is, I bring my trusty DW5600 and it work enough to tell me how many seconds I've been slacking
