ETA on the new Snoopy as early as next month. Wouldn't be surprised if we get it soon. MY received the Alinghi very quickly as well.

Do you think can get a chance if I go via AD rather than OB? Trying to build up spending relationship with AD hehe...

But if cannot then I will go to OB as I really want it lol... the 'animated' caseback sold me. Never seen anything like it.

No idea. I have the impression this will be boutique only, but I could be wrong. If your AD tells you they are getting it, then you should go and try to "build relationship" with AD. Personally, I feel confident about getting an allocation for one, but since this is not really my cup of tea, I will be passing. I am not keen to "help" and risk my name and reputation if someone were to change their mind, and/or who ends up flipping it for profit. I think its great for the enthusiast, but I do not wish to help someone who's out to make a quick buck.

I spent on non-hot watches at AD in the past, definitely not for flips..
Spend relationship important in case I want to pull trigger on any hot watch in the future hehe

Didn't realise it's so hotstuff now.
I tried on a fiftysix yesterday (please excuse the poor lighting) and it fit much better than the Overseas.
Rising tide lift all boats. Impossible to get Nautilus and hard get royal oak so people move to Overseas.

I got it before it got hot so no ragrets.. it’s an awesome daily watch on rubber strap and the interchangeable leather and metal bracelets is awesome

it can stand on its own against royal oak and nautilus... but i am still on waiting list for 15500..

how's the 4500v bracelet compared to the royal oak? i have no chance to try, as there's nothing on display in cortina klcc to test on.

i have a 7.2" wrist, so the 15400 & 26331 wears very comfortably for me.
*
Metal bracelet is very comfortable, I think on par with RO - i dont have RO though but have worn it before. Maybe just shape of my wrist but i also have Octo Finissimo and that is the most comfortable (silky smooth).

Tbh i usually have mine on rubber strap 99% of the time. Rubber feels good. Have not even touched the leather strap yet lol

I walked past the previous VC boarding. It has now changed to Franck Muller. VC changed their mind?

Hello Watch Enthusiasts, Collectors, Senseis..et al,

Thought of gathering your opinion/input,  setting aside the price as well as the technology craft, which of this will you go to - Ming or AP ?

Thanks..
*
You cant put price out of equation..

Ming produces very competitive watch for less than RM20k at a stretch but you dont want to be paying more than RM100k for Ming…

AP you pretty much need to start at RM100k…

Is there any insurance co in Malaysia that can insure watches?

In SG, Chubb Masterpiece can insure all-risk global at an annual premium of 1.5% of watch value (covers travelling, accidental damage and even misplacement..). Is there anything similar here?
