Mostly encounter it at luxury watch shop... Sales personal will look at the watch in hand before they choose their approach... Friendly or just ignorance

By right is yes... but it will depend on brand and model.. if it is hard to get model, u will have to premium no matter there is GST or SST.

I just wonder will there be tax for watch in the future? Reverting to pre-GST era where watch is not subject to tax.
