I'm assuming you are referring to the moon watch, if you don't mind winding it daily I would say it's okay for daily wear.

As for the hesalite crystal, I feel that it's not as easy to get scratches as what I've read online. Been wearing mine on rotation since March, so far have not pick up any major scratch yet.

As starter, you might want to consider explore on the Seiko 5 range.

Since you mention about Sumo, I assume you are into diver's watch, SKX probably will be a good choice as well.
