Just got my v3xx yesterday. seem to be working fine. web browsing is very fast using the hp. connected to pc as modem is stable. Added on October 13, 2007, 8:10 amQUOTE(phobian @ Oct 7 2007, 09:54 PM) Sad to say, my V3xx was sent to the clinic for a thorough check-up. Good thing is that I bought an ori set, hence that should pretty much cover up any expenses required. Anyhow, was using this phone since late July07 and it refused to power on last Friday. Cause? Unknown - would need to wait when collecting the phone in couple of days time. Got a question for u folks that uses this phone on a modem mode via USB cable. Does yr USB charge able to charge the phone while acting as a modem? What I encountered is that when the phone is on modem mode, the phone gets charged through USB - but at a very slow rate, or the phone is sucking more juice from the battery rather than charging it. I managed to get my phone fully charged using usb cable connected to pc in 2 hours. An this remained as fully charged since i have connected for more than 8 hours now. QUOTE(sam240 @ Oct 25 2007, 11:16 AM) What telco you use now? Can I use Hotlink (Maxis prepaid) to use this HSDPA service? How's the rate? Thanks. I m using Maxis postpaid RM 120 unlimited data usage. I suggest u don't use prepaid..the rate will kill u. Added on October 26, 2007, 9:19 pmJust got myself a stereo earphone..music sounds quite good even better than my previous N70. This post has been edited by piscesguy: Oct 26 2007, 09:19 PM

QUOTE(hanissyazwan @ Nov 7 2007, 05:42 AM) Can this device be used as a USB Modem, since it is HSDPA. If so how can one go about connecting the device to a laptop using the data cable and access the internet Of course can use as usb modem, in addition it can also be use as usb removable disk drive. You need to install Motorola Phone Tools program and then select Internet connection.

Don't really like the moto Q9h design, moreover the display resolution is small.

QUOTE(hanissyazwan @ Dec 28 2007, 06:07 AM) i still haven't figured out why the razr is so popular. no mp3, no external memory, fragile, difficult to hold while talking, user-unfriendly (especially with texting). it sounds like it's just overrated and everyone just THINKS they're cool until they get one..... Are u sure dude? v3xx can play mp3, can support micro sd card and I don't think its difficult to hold.
