i felt pressure when u guys call me sifu.. actually i'm not.. there is alot of sifu out there..

colt45: i think u unable to downgrade the firware.. what u can do is download another file which i uploaded at http://www.sendspace.com/file/kw7n8x

there are 2 files in the zip.. FLASH WITH SEQUENCE:
1. flash with the filename has upgrade file replacer
2. then followed by the firmware -> R261171RK-AS_U_99.41.08R
(note: all phone data such as msg, mp3, java games and etc will be erased after u flashed)

after complete, it should work perfectly.. and the browser key, u need to press and hold 2 seconds to load it.. unlike previously it launched whenever u accidentally pressed it..

last but not the least, DO AT YOUR OWN RISK.. dont scold me if failed..

some gripe though...the battery life...from 4 bar it can go down to zero in almost half a day..

software for your phone, at the end is depends on what u wanna use, so is subjective question..

for video format, it can play 3gp, mp4, rm....

got some prob wit my v3xx.. 3g calls r ok.. but i cant get my mms 2 work.. as well as gprs, which doesnt work as well.. im using maxis btw, n when i tried 2 install the configuration through website again (i did b4), when the msg arrives, i open it, but it says that the update cannot continue, n ask me 2 contact provider or sumthin like that..

pls guys, help.. if u have a solution 4 me, it would be a great help..

but i got a prob wit creating web sessions.. when i wanna create a new one, theres no option for 'create new'.. then theres already 2 other web sessions labeled maxis mms gprs n maxis wap gprs, n at the the side of these 2 web sessions, theres a pad lock icon.. so i cant delete them or edit em..

wat should i do??

Added on June 26, 2008, 1:43 pmprinze.. juz 2 let u know, ive temporarily solved the prob.. i cant edit the maxis web sessions becoz of the padlock icon i think.. so i juz edited the existing web sessions in the phone according 2 the settings u posted.. only thing is i cant change the profile name, so its a temporary fix.. i can browse gprs now but havent tested mms yet.. hopefully works..

but still, do help me wit the web sessions wit the padlock icon.. wat r those?? y cant i delete or edit em?? n y cant i creatw new web sessions??
