TnC:
1. YES 4G LTE is using Band 38 (2600MHz) and 40 (2300MHz) . Check your phone compatibility ahead.
2. Minimum subscription is 1 month. No early termination is accepted.
3. RM50 deposit needed. Will refund the balance (after call/sms usage deduction) only after I receive my SIM card (i will pay the RM4 pos express fee)
4. I will ALWAYS use the last day of each bill cycle as Termination date (so that no argument on how to calculate the prorated charges)
5. Please inform me at least 14 days ahead if you plan to terminate the rental. If miss the current cutoff date, you can only terminate on next billing date.
6. All calls/SMS made from the SIM is chargeable. User pays all charges appear inside the bill.
7. Please remember to pay the rental bill monthly (within 3 days from due date).
8. No refund/reimbursement due to coverage/technical/speed issue by SIM/service provider. You need to check and troubleshoot with YES on your own initiatives.
9. SIM RENTAL SERVICE PROVIDED AS IT IS.
10. I reserve the right to terminate the rental service by giving no less than 14 days notice ahead.
