snail meat is nice to eat!!! last time went to Shanghai, order whole plateful, deep fried, somemore got small yet-to-born little snail inside the meat, crunchy man!!! adult meat and kid meat also let me tapao~

A little on the pricey side but not bad. I loved the Xiao Long Bao & Steamed Glutinous Rice, worth going second time for these 2 dishes, imo.

Ginger lol. That's what I told my brother too.
It's Fried "Nian Gao" if I recall correctly, something like those taipan kuay tiao.
