I bought one for my house, now collecting dust. After initial service period, need to pay RM500 yearly for them to come and service the equipment. Somehow doesn't feel worth it in the long run.

But for my restaurant, I rent it. Easy, and if later they come out with new model, I can just ask to change to new one. I feel that rent is better.
