the prob is the aztech modem also facing frequent disconnection just like the aztech. maxis said there's no prob on their side

yes a bit difficult it seems. well i had to live with this DC.

I don't ve much problem with aztech modem even DC every few day. I m running 24hr also. The only problem is, it can't last long.

I m having problem with belkin which hang when traffic is very bz. But now getting better. Would monitor more to see how stable is it.

..not encounter this..yet. 
but i have problem with the billing with maxis since last month.
i make a report with them since last month and until now still haven't solved this problem
called them many time and they promised to call me back but lied...
who know any manager email address of maxis? 

from the promotion package, subscriber will get two months broadband fee waive, and waive on fixed line monthly fee for 12months..but they charged me both.....

I subscript 512 but get 1mb speed. That is double speed.

No. I didn't get any letter or offer. I get this speed after 2mth I subscript. That is 2yrs ago.

YEAY MY DC PROBLEM IS SOLVED.

i accidentally put the wrong wire for the splitter, no wonder always DC.

Why you take out the wire from the splitter? Aren't the splitter come complete and just plug in only?

connection is more stable then before but still DC, so i called maxis around 5.30pm just now. after doing some followup(which they call and call for 30mins+), they said that they'll just reset the port 1st and if problem still occurs, they will send technician to my home.

and once again, i forgot to take the report number for my own convenience.

so far right now ok. i'll monitor the connection for tonight.

well, DC occurs again. i just called them for the complain feedback and said my connection is still unstable, and they said they'll send a technician to my house within 3 to 5 days.

but i said i need the internet urgently to do my work, and the CS requested me to call again tomorrow morning to see if there is any available technician for that day.

What the max download speed for RM108 package?

If con also, just take the offer. As long as it don't con your money. What a waste.

Maxis also got offer HSBB diam diam? From that data, how fast is it? Sorry don't understand much the data.

Does anyone here receive the same SMS? what is this all about? is it really free at all, which I doubt so.

just registered for 1mbps maxis bb in bandar utama.. hope it doesn't disappoint

Everybody is happy with the upgrade here. 

totally disagree with u ..it all depends on area..whether ur nearer to their equipments(distance cause dB signal loss) and quality of copper(tis is luck)..if u say maxis is great , do u knw tat they are actually using TM's backbone ? they are stil new n wit few users wont congest their network..its like handphone coverage, u can use maxis in kampung area ?..so it all depends on da area u stayin...some area maxis can provide good service n vice versa !...due to their little coverage area den of cos they can provide better service..ask ur mom to cook for 100 ppl n c how tasty the food is ...
