Guys, just want to ask. You think it is wise not to install grille at balcony for sixth floor.

I would prefer to install sensor/alarm...

5th is common area. 2 to 4 is car park. Height according to sale guy is 15feet.

Need to look at your specific unit layout and surrounding to comment. As long as it is not easy for someone to climb into your unit, should be fine without grille. Just make sure you lock your balcony door when no one at home

So bad, grille really make a home look like prison.. sad.gif staying at landed now, grille all over.. sad.gif

booked this low dense condo 144 unit only...hopefully not as bad as u said..

why u need grille?

the common area to your unit is like 10 to 12 feet high

somemore you got guard patrolling

WHy landed have to grilled all over....

SO many landed house no grill... no gate also...

usually not but looks like unfortunately in your case your unit is 'sussceptible' to burglary

speaking for real life experience to one that is similar to yours - yes you will definitely need
grill and alarm becos your unit is basically climbable in from public locations

do you think that you can sleepy nicely at night if you don't install some protection???

maybe u expecting some thief with spiderman skill, sliding door grille is good enough.
