DTEK50, what a name.
The main features will the Dtek50 is loaded with hardening OS and other security features, compared to Idol4, plus I don't think Idol4 will get patches/security updates whenever they release. USD299 is quite attractive, so this phone could be the game changer for Blackberry. Let's see. Priv took less than 2 months to reach our shores after they released in US so I believe we should get this in Sept if not sooner. |

Some quick comparison from GSMARENA.
http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPho...7&idPhone3=7587 I think I will go for a slashed price priv since they are not so secured anymore compared to DTEK50. |

DTEK50, no matter how odd the name is, for me a good move by BlackBerry. Yes it have a similar form factors and internals of Idol 4s, but the security patches itself is well worth the price point. Having the BlackBerry Android OS with accessible price point is one of Priv's main criticism. Hopefully it DTEK50 resonated well with the masses and enterprise market.

I think generally it receives quite a lot of fair to good review. The only draw back seems like the lacks of fingerprint and comparably small battery capacity, but the security features compensate in contrast.

Anyone purchased from UK unlocked mobiles?
Seems like good deal but I am not sure whether it is compatible with our network/telco here. https://www.unlocked-mobiles.com/sim-free-m...ee-p-87063.html |
