Zenfone 3 max and laser launched as well with pc line up. All with top spec and its price are definitely not at affordable price range!
Tried zenfone 3 ultra which I am aiming for, is dam big! Even bigger than A9 pro! You must try it yourself to feel the shire size magnitude! Is no where near A9 pro's 6 inches size.
Speaker definitely better than A9 Pro! Camera seems better as well at first glance. Waiting reviewers to post their in depth review.

2599 is quite exp . additional rm600 to a9 pro for bigger screen and better camera but lesser battery

If you consider the Galaxy Note 7, 4GB RAM and 64GB storage retailing at RM3,199, then it's just RM100 more for the Deluxe SD821 chip with 50% more RAM (6GB) and 4 times (256GB) the storage...

You cannot compare with A9pro which is just a normal size phablet. I have this A9pro too. It is a different category vs this Zp3P.
This phone size is very big and I compare it with my other 6.8 incher P8max and both very similar
If I am happy with this ZP3p I will sell off my p8max

wah.....is not quite, it's too expensive already......for asus style, will have price drop after 3 months......

wait for gemfive or lazada see how cheap it can go with some voucher

comes with water proof somemore

I bought ZenFone 3 5.5" on the spot. I think it's better than Samsung A9 Pro

asus brand value isnt tht good compared to samsung... if u want the 256gb version.. just wait a few months... sure dropped several hundred..

But but note 7 water resistance, with s pen, bigger battery, higher ppi, qhd.

My Note 2 is dead and now its the right time for purchase. I intended to buy Zenfone 3 Ultra but shocked to learn the price is RM2,600 for MY release. I was hoping it to be slightly below RM2,000 as reported earlier.

Well, depends on the individual. Some may not see the value of the S Pen, Display and Battery, but prefer the RAM, Storage and Processor. In terms of resale value there is no denying that the Note 7 will be miles ahead of the Zenfone 3 Deluxe.

Bro, don't think too much for the latest model.
Of course, the price will slightly drop in the future.
However if you say slightly below 2k, I think it should be next year Q3 to Q5 happening..
